Week 1:
Finding inspiration from Aotearoa artists
Mark-making using a printmaking method called drypoint
Week 2:
Composition and tonal values using drypoint
Week 3:
Colour and layering with monotype print and chine collé
Week 4:
Developing a theme based on your core drivers
Week 5 to 7:
Create a body of work using drypoint and monotype print
Present your work to the class
- Gain a confident understanding of your core drivers
- Develop a deeper understanding of mark-marking, composition, layering and colour
