Let's start 2027 with a fun-focussed, activity packed holiday programme!

The holiday programme will be run from Thursday 14th January until Friday 29th January - twelve days of fun hands-on learning and exploration! Please note that some days have age restrictions so ensure you check the age range before booking your child - you will be asked to cancel your child's booking if they are younger than the age specified.

We start on Thursday 14th January with our Freestyle Robotics which is suitable both for experienced students and those just starting their robotics journey with us.  Friday 15th is an art-based day with children using Polymer clay to make treasures and keepsakes which we will bake before they take them home.

On Monday 18th January we explore the incredible world of Bees - from pollination to amazing engineering skills.  Tuesday is another robotics day in which children will work in pairs (juniors by themselves) to make an emergency vehicle using our VEX equipment.  Then on Wednesday 20th we will use our imagination to design and build a miniature playground incorporating engineering and safety considerations. It's a combination of music making and robot coding on Thursday 21st as we learn to use Bandlab to create dance music that our robots will move autonomously to.  Friday 22nd January is our 'always popular' Minecraft Mania using Minecraft Education to develop and share worlds that the kids have created as part of our themed challenge.

We start the last week with our second edition of Mark Rober's Crunchlab!!  This time it is Rocks vs Big Rigs or in other words a day of Kinetic energy with lots of racing and collisions.  On Tuesday it's Combat Robotics which means more crashing and bashing for students over 8yrs as their robots fight for the Giant Donut trophy. Then we switch back to designing and creating on Wednesday 27th with our Tiny House Build complete with lighting and plumbing.  Thursday 28th January has us mentally relocating to a remote Pacific Island celebrating the arts whilst facing an interesting engineering challenge making do with what we have available.  Celebrate the last day of our programme with another Freestyle Robotics Day with each student working individually with a kit.

Please note that the Minecraft Mania day is only for children aged 7yrs and over.  Thursday 21st & Tuesday 26th January are restricted to children aged 8yrs and over.  All other days are open to children 5-13yrs.

Sessions run from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Friday at a cost of $66 per child per day.
You are welcome to book individual days that suit your child's interests and your childcare needs.

Work and Income OSCAR Subsidies are available for many families which significantly lower the cost, as we are a MSD accredited holiday programme provider. Check out your eligibility here.

BOOK NOW! Last holidays we ended up with a waitlist every day, so please book early to avoid disappointment. If we have to cancel the programme for any reason, we will fully refund any payments already received. As per our terms and conditions if you choose to withdraw your child for any reason, we require 7days notice prior to their planned attendance for you to be eligible for a refund.
