TERMSANDCONDITIONS Forthosethatwishtoretainaregularbooking,paymentisrequired2 weeksinadvance.Shorter-termpaymentsmaybearrangedbyautomaticpaymentsdirectlytotheprogrammebankaccount. Pleaseseetheprogrammemanagerandobtaintheappropriateform. Theratechargedisdependentonafirmbooking.Whenachildattendsextradays, whichareoutsideoftheconfirmedbooking,thesewillbechargedatthecasualrate. Theearlypickuprateisonlypayableforconfirmedearlypickupbookings. Twoweeksnotice,inwriting,mustbeprovidedifachildistobewithdrawn fromtheprogrammeorthereisachangerequiredtothedaysofcare, otherwise, a2-weekfeeispayablebasedonthepreviousbooking. NOrefundsaregivenforabsences, andallpublicholidaysarechargedat theapplicablerateforbookingsnormallyrequiredthatday. Interestonoverdueinvoicesshallaccruedailyfromthedatewhenpayment becomesdue,untilthedateofpayment,atarateoftwoandonehalf per cent (2.5%)percalendarmonth(andatSKIDSssolediscretion, such interestshallcompoundmonthlyatsucharate)afteraswellasbeforeany judgment. Intheeventthatyourpaymentisdishonouredforanyreason, thenyoushall beliableforanydishonourfeesincurredbySKIDS. Ifyoudefaultinpaymentofanyinvoicewhendue,youshallindemnify SKIDSfromandagainstallcostsanddisbursementsincurredbySKIDSin pursuingthedebtincludinglegalcostsonasolicitorandownclientbasis andSKIDSscollectionagencycosts. Withoutprejudicetoanyotherremedies, SKIDSmayhave ifatanytimeyou areinbreachofanyobligation(includingthoserelatingtopayment)SKIDS maysuspendorterminatetheenrolmentandisabsolvedofitsother obligationsunderthetermsandconditions.SKIDSwillnotbeliabletoyou foranylossordamagethatyoumaysufferbecauseSKIDShasexercised itsrightsunderthisclause. Ifanyaccountremainsoverdueafterthirty(30)days, thenanamountofthe greateroftwentydollars($20.00)ortenpercent(10%)oftheamount overdue(uptoamaximumoftwohundreddollars($200.00))shallbelevied foradministrationfeeswhichsumshallbecomeimmediatelydueand payable. Bysigningbelow, youauthoriseSKIDStocollect,retainanduseany informationaboutyouforthepurposeofassessingyourcreditworthinessor marketingproductsandservicestoYou;and discloseinformationaboutyou,whethercollectedbySKIDSfromyou directlyorobtainedbySKIDSfromanyothersource toanyothercredit provideroranycreditreportingagencyforthepurposesofprovidingor obtainingacreditreference,debtcollectionornotifyingadefaultbyyou. Whereyouareanindividual, theauthoritiesunderthisclauseareauthorities orconsentsforthepurposesofthePrivacyAct1993. YoushallhavetherighttorequestfromSKIDSacopyoftheinformation aboutyouretainedbySKIDSandtherighttorequestSKIDStocorrectany incorrectinformationaboutyouheldbySKIDS IdeclarethatIhavereadthisdocumentfullyandthattheinformationgivenaboveistrue. IacknowledgethatinordertokeepmyplaceatSKIDSthatI needtokeepmyaccountuptodate. I have attached the first two weeks payment in advance. I am aware that any default by me for the payment ofoutstanding fees may result in a debt collection action, and allcosts associated with this action will be in my care. IacknowledgethatitismyresponsibilitytoadviseSKIDS immediatelyofanychangeintheaboveinformation. Ihaveread,understoodandagreedtothepoliciesoutlinedinthe sKidsPolicies&Proceduresdocument.
