A few things to note when booking:
All members enrolling in 2022 are required to pay a registration and insurance fee to participate in our programs. You MUST select this fee yourself when making your class booking. This fee is a once off fee per calendar year, each year. Even if you join in term 2,3 or 4 this fee still needs to be paid. A seperate invoice will be emailed to you if the registration fee isn't selected and your child will not be able to participate until the fee is paid and they are insured.
ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHERS
We accept Active Kids vouchers! You will be prompted to add your voucher details when booking and it will immediately be applied to your invoice. Should your voucher be rejected, we will get in touch.
All fees must be paid within 2 days of your booking, The system will prompt you to pay via credit card which incurs an additional charge. Should you wish to pay via direct deposit, eftpos or cash, simply select "cancel, I don't want to pay by credit card at this time" and complete your booking. An invoice will be generated and sent to your inbox. Please note payment is still required within 2 days of the invoice created even when selecting a different payment method, to confirm placement in class. If after 2 days payment has not been received, your booking will be cancelled.
