Important Information

Please read if you are in receipt of the NCS Subsidy:

NCS is provided on REGULAR bookings only.

1. The NCS is designed as a contract between you and the Government. Sherpa Kids only have visibility of NCS awards when provided by you.
2. It is your responsibility to provide Sherpa Kids with the correct CHICK data in order for your claim to be processed. Failure to provide correct data will delay the process of your NCS claim.
3. NCS claims cannot be backdated so please provide at least 1 week for us to process your claim.
4. It is your responsibility to renew your NCS awards and advise us. You will receive 2 reminders from the Hive at 30 days and 10 days out from the end award date.
5. The NCS subsidy is NOT included in the value of your booking below and will only be applied to your invoices when you have confirmed the claim on the NCS Portal which is due once we have processed the claim.
