PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING
1. A mandatory prepayment equivalent to 1 full week of fees is required at the time of booking. This is not an invoice, but an advance payment. As we invoice in arrears, this amount will be returned to your account as credit at the end of your summer camp booking. Please note that NCS does not apply to prepayments and is only applied to weekly invoices. If the prepayment is not completed within 2 hours of making the booking, the booking will be automatically cancelled and the place released to families on the waiting list
2. Under Tusla Regulations, our programmes are available to children aged 4–13 who are currently enrolled in primary school. This means we cannot accommodate children starting Junior Infants in September 2026 or those who have just completed 6th Class in June 2026.
3. 4 Weeks Cancellation Policy
4. NCS Information:
• National Childcare Scheme (NCS) is available on all bookings for Summer Holiday Programme. Please note that a minimum of 1 week’s notice is required to add NCS to a booking.
• NCS claims must be approved on the NCS portal to ensure all NCS subsidies are awarded – parents have the responsibility to approve NCS claims and any delays can result in a delay of the NCS subsidy being applied against your invoice.
• It is the parent's responsibility to ensure the NCS chick codes provided are in date - NCS cannot be provided for expired awards
• NCS details will need to be provided on Enrolmy when creating the summer camp booking.
• Please ensure another service provider is not claiming NCS on the same weeks Sherpa camp booking to ensure the NCS hours are available to be claimed.
