We dance because we love it!
Dance club classes run for 45 minutes and are designed for children to explore dance in a range of ways.
We will move our bodies to music, learn good dance skills, and explore movement techniques.
Within our fun classes we will:
Warm up
Stretch
Explore range of movement
Work on fitness and flexibility
Move to music
Develop motor skills
Play dance related games
Develop important dance skills for a range of styles (aligned with other ballet and jazz syllabi)
Learn choreography
Perform to an audience
Each term children will be informally assessed and presented with ribbons to acknowledge their hard work during the term.
