Our Dance and Movement classes are focused on developing a range of dance techniques including the fundamentals of ballet and jazz, creative movement, music and body awareness, and motor skills.
We will be working on fitness, balance, co-ordination, strength, and flexibility in an inclusive environment.
We will use a range of fun props during our lessons and have a real emphasis on fun and participation.
This class is an introduction into the world of dance classes and a stepping stone to our older classes. Parent/Caregiver participation is welcome until the children feel confident to dance independently.
