Important Information

To help things run smoothly for everyone, all term time bookings are treated as ongoing for the full school term unless we’ve arranged a change in writing. This applies to both casual and regular bookings. (Please note that children from New Brighton Catholic School will be collected at 2:45pm)

Once your booking has been submitted, you won’t be able to remove booked days through the system. You are welcome to add additional sessions if needed (subject to availability).

If you need to make any changes to your booking, please email ashleigh@easterncommunity.org.nz
and we’ll be happy to help.

If you’d like to permanently reduce or cancel booked days, we require a minimum of one week’s notice so we can plan staffing and spaces accordingly.

If your child is going to be absent, please let us know within the following timeframes:
• Before School Care: by 6:00pm the night before, or before 9:00am on the day

If we don’t receive notice within these timeframes, the session may still be charged.

We always recommend booking only the days you know you’ll need, and adding extra days later if required.
