Get ready for an action-packed September School Holiday Programme at Rawhiti OSCAR!

Our holiday programme is all about keeping tamariki active, entertained and having fun with their friends during the school holidays. Across the programme, children can enjoy a mix of sports, games, challenges, creative activities, outdoor play, special themed days and exciting trips.

As part of Eastern Community Sport & Recreation, being active is a big part of what we do. We provide plenty of opportunities for children to get moving, try new activities, build confidence and work together, while still having time to relax, get creative and enjoy some free choice.

Whether your child already attends Rawhiti OSCAR or is joining us for the first time, we aim to create a fun, welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone can get involved.

Spaces are limited, so we recommend booking early to secure your days.

Terms and Conditions

[li]Bookings

All bookings must be made through Enrolmy. Parents and caregivers are responsible for managing their bookings and ensuring enrolment, medical and safety information is completed before their child attends the programme.

All bookings are initially placed on a waitlist while we review the request. This allows us to confirm availability, ensure accounts are up to date and check that all required information has been provided. Bookings will only be confirmed once these checks have been completed. Fees and Payments

Programme attendance is conditional on fees being paid and accounts being kept up to date.

Rawhiti OSCAR reserves the right to decline, cancel or suspend bookings where accounts remain unpaid. Any unpaid fees may be referred to a debt collection agency. All associated recovery costs may be charged to the account holder. Holiday Programme bookings must be paid in full before they are confirmed. WINZ OSCAR Subsidy

Families applying for the WINZ OSCAR Subsidy remain responsible for all fees until the subsidy has been approved.

Holiday Programme bookings will remain on the waitlist until all required WINZ forms have been completed and submitted. If WINZ declines an application, does not approve submitted dates, or does not cover the full cost of a booking, the parent or caregiver is responsible for paying any remaining balance. Changes and Cancellations

Once a booking is confirmed, sessions cannot be adjusted online.

One week’s written notice is required to cancel or reduce bookings. Holiday Programme bookings must be cancelled or changed at least one week prior to the start of the programme. After this time, bookings are locked and cannot be reduced or changed. Absences

Parents must notify the programme if a child will be absent from a booked session.

Absence notifications must be received by: • 6:00pm the night before for Before School Care

• 9:00am on the day for After School Care

If we are notified before these times, the absence will not be charged. If we are not notified before the cut-off time, the booked session will still be charged. Sign In and Sign Out

Children must be signed in and signed out each day.

Children will only be released to authorised persons listed in Enrolmy unless written permission has been provided for independent departure. Health and Safety

Children who are unwell must not attend the programme.

If a child becomes unwell while attending, parents or caregivers will be contacted and expected to arrange collection as soon as possible. Transport and Excursions

By enrolling, parents give permission for their child to participate in programme outings and to be transported in programme vehicles or approved staff vehicles when required, including school transport, trips or emergency evacuation.

Accidents and Medical Treatment Parents give permission for staff to provide first aid for minor injuries. In the event of a serious accident or medical emergency, appropriate medical assistance will be sought and parents will be notified as soon as possible. Any associated costs remain the responsibility of the parent or caregiver. Late Pick Ups

Children must be collected before the programme closing time.

Late pick ups may incur an additional fee and repeated late collections may result in bookings being reviewed. Liability

While all reasonable care and supervision is provided in accordance with programme policies, Rawhiti OSCAR is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.

Agreement

By completing a booking through Enrolmy, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, that you have read the Rawhiti OSCAR handbook and policies, and that you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
