Activity Details

What to bring

  • LARGE packed lunch, including morning tea snacks - afternoon tea is provided for Full Day bookings
  • Refillable water bottle
  • Change of clothes in waterproof bag (in case of accidents / spills)
  • If special Sunblock is required, pls pack in bag (named) and let staff know
  • Please name everything so we can get any misplaced items back to you :-)

What to wear

  • Appropriate clothes (jumper) / shoes
  • Sunhat is required for outside play
  • Please sunblock children before arriving - we will re-apply during the day

BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR BOOKING
-PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE MADE THE CORRECT BOOKING
-All bookings are subject to the notice period, including bookings not made 1 rolling week ahead, "accidental" bookings and bookings that fall on Teacher Only Days / Early Close Days (see T&C"s) - so please check your bookings before completing them.
-Choose "Regular/Recurring" for regular weekly bookings. Choose "Casual" for irregular/ad-hoc bookings.
-Before completing your booking check your booking is correct: click "see full booking calendar" and you'll be able to see all the days you've booked.
-After booking has been completed a booking confirmation auto-email will be sent to you - please check the email, and scroll down to see all the weeks.

CANCELLATION NOTICE PERIOD = 1 FULL ROLLING WEEK
Please read the T&C's before agreeing to them :-)
- All bookings in the system are payable, regardless of attendance.
- For a booking to be "not payable" it needs to be removed. No edits are made by admin, so if you are unable to remove the booking it means the programme has already prepared for the booking.
- Bookings must be removed by you (the account holder) if you no longer need them.
- Remove bookings in the same place you made bookings.
- Past Bookings and bookings in the Cancellation Notice period cannot be removed.
- If you cannot see all the dates you've booked, click "Casual Booking (Full Booking View)", and adjust/cancel from there.
- Please note: if you change a Regular booking, since it is no longer Regular, your future bookings may be reviewed in the system as Casual.
- Bookings within a full rolling week are locked due to the Cancellation Notice period of 1 full rolling week so cannot be removed.
- All bookings recorded on your calendar are payable as the programme will have booked staff for the children who are on the roll/booked in, regardless of attendance.

- Please do not go through with a booking if you are not sure you need it as it will be subject to the T&C's.


WINZ SUBSIDY CLIENTS:
If winz has confirmed your subsidy, please contact us, as only the Parent Portion is required to be paid by Invoice Due Date.
If winz has not confirmed your weekly subsidy, then the full invoice is required to be paid by Invoice Due Date. When winz subsidy is processed and arrears paid, this may be refunded to you.
