These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the enrolment process for our activities. By accessing or using the registration platform and enrolling in our classes, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with registration. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us using the information provided at the end of these Terms and Conditions.
By accessing or using our website and enrolling in our before and after school care, holiday programmes, enrichment or extracurricular activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from accessing our website or proceeding with the enrolment process. Your continued use of the website and participation in our classes signifies your acceptance and agreement to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2. Registration and Enrolment
To enrol in our before and after school care, holiday programmes, enrichment and/or extracurricular activities classes, you must complete the registration process through our online platform. Start by accessing the registration portal. You will be prompted to create a user account by providing accurate and up-to-date information, including your name, contact details, and any relevant student information. Once your account is created, you can browse through the available activities, select the desired class(es) based on availability at the school, centre, or campus your child is enrolled in, and proceed to the enrolment stage.
During enrolment, you may be required to provide additional information, such as medical details, emergency contact information, or any specific requirements related to the student's participation. Please review all the information carefully before submitting your enrolment. Upon successful enrolment, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions and details regarding payment, class schedule, and any other relevant information. Please note that enrolment is subject to availability, and class placement is not guaranteed until the required fees have been paid.
Eligibility Requirements: Our before and after school care, holiday programmes, enrichment and/or extracurricular activities are open to students who are currently enrolled in Sing Ed Global International group affiliated schools only. Students must be of the appropriate age range specified for each class and meet any additional prerequisites or requirements mentioned in the class descriptions. It is important to note that students may only register and attend classes at the centre affiliated with their enrolled school. Taking classes at multiple centres or outside of their enrolled school is strictly prohibited. By registering for our before and after school care, holiday programmes, enrichment and/or extracurricular classes, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to adhere to this policy. Any violation of this policy may result in the termination of the student's enrolment in the classes without refund.
Payment Terms: Payment for the before and after school care, holiday programmes, enrichment and/or extracurricular activities must be made in full before the start of the program to confirm a placement for your child. Placements are given on a termly first-come-first-serve basis. Penn Junior Academy reserves the right not to accept the student and/or to cancel or terminate any classes for which payment has not been made by the prescribed due date. In such cases, the slot in the classes may be offered to other students without further notice to the student or parent.
If parents/guardians fail to make payment or there is an accrual of outstanding debts due to unpaid fees, Penn Junior Academy reserves the right to withhold enrolment and participation in future terms of activities until the outstanding balance is settled. Parents/guardians are responsible for promptly addressing any unpaid fees or outstanding debts to ensure continued eligibility for enrolment in our programs. It is important to note that failure to settle outstanding balances may result in the forfeiture of the child's place in future terms of activities. To maintain a fair and equitable enrolment process, we cannot accommodate new registrations or sign-ups for additional terms of activities until any outstanding debts are resolved.
Please note that all fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of your child's attendance. This is because materials and arrangements for the program(s) are planned ahead of time based on your confirmation and in consideration of other students' participation. We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent your child from attending the classes, but we are unable to provide refunds for missed sessions or unused portions of the program. By proceeding with the payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy. It is important to review and understand the payment terms, including the non-refundable nature of the fees, before confirming your child's enrolment in the after-school classes.
Withdrawal: If you wish to withdraw your child from the before and after school care, holiday programmes, enrichment and/or extracurricular activities, a written notice must be provided at least seven days prior to the intended withdrawal date. Please send the withdrawal notice via email to enquiries@pennjunioracademy.edu.sg. The notice should include the student's full name, class details, and the effective date of the withdrawal. Upon receiving the withdrawal notice, our administrative team will process the request accordingly. Please note that any fees paid for the remaining sessions after the effective withdrawal date are subject to the programme providers consideration and approval.
We highly recommend providing the withdrawal notice well in advance to ensure a smooth transition and allow us to accommodate other students who may be on the waiting list for the class. Your cooperation in adhering to this withdrawal procedure is greatly appreciated.
If you have any further questions or require assistance regarding the withdrawal process, please do not hesitate to contact us at the provided email address or the contact details available on our registration page.

By providing consent, you grant Penn Junior Academy the right to use your child's photos or videos for promotional purposes as described above. This consent is voluntary, and you have the option to decline or withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us in writing. Please understand that once the photos or videos have been published, it may be difficult to retract them from all promotional materials. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the use of your child's photos or videos, please contact us at the provided email address or the contact details available on our registration page. Prompt and consistent attendance ensures a productive learning environment and allows for the smooth progress of the curriculum.
In addition to attendance and punctuality, we have established a code of conduct to ensure a respectful and inclusive atmosphere for all participants. Students are expected to adhere to the following behavioural expectations:

- Positive participation: Students should actively participate in class activities and discussions. Collaboration, teamwork, and constructive contributions are encouraged.
- Compliance with rules and instructions: Students must adhere to all safety guidelines, class rules, and instructions provided by instructors and staff. Disregarding instructions or engaging in unsafe behaviour will result in appropriate consequences.
Consequences for Misconduct: Failure to comply with the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, which can include verbal warnings, written warnings, parent/guardian meetings, temporary suspension from classes, or, in severe cases, termination of enrolment. The nature and severity of the misconduct will be considered in determining the appropriate consequences.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a student's enrolment in our before and after school care, holiday programmes, enrichment and/or extracurricular activities for repeated or serious violations of the code of conduct. Such decisions will be made at our discretion and will be communicated to the student and their parent/guardian.
It is important for students and parents/guardians to review and understand these expectations, as well as the potential consequences for misconduct. We strive to maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all participants, and your cooperation in upholding these standards is greatly appreciated.
