'A.I. Applications for Small Business', is our NEW, hands‑on course designed for beginners and small business owners alike. Discover the endless potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and learn how to confidently use it in personal, professional, creative, and business contexts—no technical background required.

Over 8 weeks, you’ll explore how AI can boost productivity, improve decision-making, automate tasks, and enhance customer engagement. The course covers practical applications such as creating social media content, writing ads and emails, building simple chatbots, streamlining workflows, automating daily business tasks, forecasting sales, analysing data, and generating reports.
This is a project-based course with simple, step-by-step activities, real-world examples, guided exercises, and demonstrations in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Notion AI, Excel AI, and Zapier, while learning the basics of prompt engineering to get the best results from AI.
The course includes worksheets, templates, discussions, and videos to deepen your understanding of how AI works, its development, and its practical advantages in everyday life and business. You’ll also learn how to safely and effectively integrate AI into your routines and operations.
Please bring your own laptop or tablet to use in class.

Naveed Dowla is a dedicated educator and technology enthusiast. He holds an MBA in Finance from the State University of Bangladesh, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Business from Unitec, Auckland. In addition, he has earned a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence and Business Strategy from the Project Management Institute (PMI), strengthening his expertise at the intersection of AI, business, and innovation.
With over seven years of teaching experience and more than five years working in technology and marketing, Naveed blends practical industry knowledge with engaging teaching methods. His work spans AI applications, digital productivity tools, business strategy, and modern marketing technologies—equipping learners with the skills needed to thrive in today’s rapidly evolving digital world.
Outside work Naveed enjoys paintings and sketch works, music mixing, astronomy and mountain biking
