Join our Social Adult Dance Class! Get your weekly fix of energizing dance and fitness with conditioning and stretch that balances mind, body, and soul.
Enjoy fun jazz numbers in a friendly, safe environment that makes this class a must for anyone wanting to move with joy. Feel more confident and energized while improving coordination and posture. All levels welcome, come dance, laugh, and connect!
