This exclusive Animal Flow Foundation Series is an introductory 4-week course designed to teach the foundations of Animal Flow, a ground-based movement practice that combines elements of bodyweight training, mobility, and coordination.
Students will learn fundamental movements and transitions that help build strength, improve mobility, and develop greater body awareness.
The class is suitable for beginners and provides a supportive environment to explore movement in a fun and engaging way.
Prerequisite: Participants should have medium level of fitness and agility and be able to support their own bodyweight hands while moving on the ground.
Join in the fun! A social and relaxed class, you will get a great workout and leave with a smile!

SK is a movement teacher and practitioner based in Auckland, New Zealand. Drawing from systems such as Animal Flow, Budokon, and Ido Portal, her work focuses on developing strength, coordination, and body awareness through structured movement practice.
With a background in movement education and years of dedicated personal practice, SK focuses on teaching movement as a skill that can be cultivated over time. Her classes emphasize both technical foundations and exploration, creating an environment where participants can challenge themselves while building confidence and capability in their bodies.
