This 8-week course is designed to help you move from studying Russian to actually using it.

In the second half, the focus shifts to speaking and expressing yourself. Through engaging discussions, storytelling, and interactive activities, you will practice sharing opinions, expressing thoughts and feelings, and even debating, all in Russian.

 

Classes are interactive, supportive, and relaxed, giving you plenty of opportunities to speak, ask questions, and build confidence.

By the end of the course, Russian will feel less like a textbook and more like real conversation.

 

 

 

My name is Alina Sharabarina. I moved to New Zealand in 2020 from the beautiful city of Vladivostok, right in the midst of the online learning boom. I hold a master’s degree in teaching and have spent the past 7 years sharing the richness, humor, and unique charm of the Russian language with students from all over the world.  My classes are fun, interactive, and focused on practical language skills. I truly enjoy connecting with new students and often find that I learn just as much from them.
