A social adult dance class! Senior Swans ballet classes help you revisit beloved ballet days with gentle modifications suited to older bodies, building strength, balance, grace, and technique.
Fun music makes this programme a “must” for those wanting a friendly and safe dance class. Feel more energized and confident in your body while improving your co-ordination and posture.
All levels are welcome to this ACC certified DFLA Senior Swans Beginners Program.
