Fees
At BSC, there are two sessions available 700am to 8.30am (session cost $15) or from 7.30am to 8.30am (session cost$10)
At ASC, there are three sessions available: 2.50pm to 3.50pm (session cost $10), 2.50pm to 4.50pm ( session cost $20) or 2.50pm to 5.50pm( session cost $30).
Bookings and Casual Attendance
The close-off for bookings via the Enrolmy Parent Portalis the night before required.If you do not use the Enrolmy Parent Portal, you must contact the BSC/ASC phone on 0272339403 by Friday prior to the required booking. In the case of an emergency booking, please contact the school office at 042338321 or the BSC/ASC phone on 0272339403.
Absence/Cancellations
If a child will not be attending on a day booked, you can cancel the booking via the Enrolmy Parent Portal . For ASC, please cancel by 12pm on the day of the booking by ringing or texting the ASC cell on 0272339043. Absences not notified by that time may be charged for a one-hour session.
Early drop-off or Late pick up penalty
If your child is dropped off earlier than the booked session for BSC or after the booked session for ASC, then they will be charged for those sessions the child attended.
There is no drop off permitted prior to 7.00am.
Where a child has not been picked up by 5.50pm, every effort to contact caregivers or emergency contacts will be made. Two staff will remain with the child until picked up, and school management advised. A late pickup fee (a minimum of $20, but dependent on circumstances and time collected) may be charged.
Drop off and Collecting your child
The school drive/car park must not be used by BSC and ASC parents between the hours of 7.45am and 4.45pm. During these times you must park in Spey Place. We ask that safe driving and parking practices be observed. The speed limit within the school grounds is 10km per hour.
Payments
Invoices will be issued weekly via Enrolmy. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Your balance can be viewed via the Enrolmy Parent Portal. Payments should be made to the school ASC bank account
12-3140-0133108-02 with the reference of your name and invoice number.
WINZ subsidies
The Papakwhai Before and After School care has been OSCAR accredited. Should you wish to apply, you need to contact the ASC supervisor. No refunds of WINZ subsidies will be made to caregivers.
BSC/ASC Policies
BSC and ASC must operate within the Papakwhai School Policies and Guidelines. A copy of these are available at BSC/ASC or on request.
