Trampoline Gymnastics is an exhilarating, high-energy gym sport that combines power, control and amazing aerial skills into high-flying routines for both boys and girls. It helps develop aerial awareness and body tension but also teaches athletes resilience, and self-confidence and that with the right mindset and hard work nothing is out of reach! At Mitchelton Youth Club our Trampoline Gymnastics classes follow the current Australian Levels Program and train on the Trampoline and the Double Mini Trampoline.
 
Our Beginner Trampoline Class is the entry into the beginner career of trampolining. In this class, athletes will be developing the strength required to control and perform these levelled skills whilst also putting together the skills they have learnt to create level 1  competition routines as well as continue to build on their basic shapes and strength to develop their future levelled skills. Our Gymnastics Australia qualified coaches focus on each gymnast's development and will encourage continual progression through the levels.
 
Students in this class may be invited to compete in Invitational competitions during the year.
