Kinder Circus is a circus class for children 3-5yrs old. Grown ups are encouraged to join in the fun of circus.

We do a simple and silly body warm-up followed by a circus obstacle course and even some partner balances with your little acrobat! Kinder circus classes follow a loose theme each lesson which changes every couple of weeks.

Clothing that is easy move around in with no zips, belts or other metal

We take our shoes and socks off at the start of class. "grip socks" or "sticky socks" are ok but not reccomended

Important Information

Parents are asked to stay for the entire class and are highly encouraged to participate. Understandably, grown ups have their own mobility requirements. Our experienced coaches will take these into account when planning classes and assist wherever we can.

Fee Policy
Class sizes are limited and a student’s spot is only secure with full payment. Completion of the relevant safety form is also compulsory. Failure to pay the correct fees or complete the safety form may result in losing a spot in class. At this time, Milk Crate Circus is only accepting payments online via credit card and as such, no credit card surcharges will apply.
Privacy and Marketing- Milk Crate Circus must provide information as required by Gymnastics NSW which may result in limited marketing emails from Gymnastics NSW and Gymnastics Australia. Please refer to Gymnastics Australia's Privacy Policy Participants also agree to receive email correspondence from Milk Crate Circus including term dates, any changes to the programme and news relevant to the Milk Crate Circus community.
Cancellations and Make-up lessons
Where a student can't make it to a booked lesson, Milk Crate Circus may offer attendance in a similar class within the same term. This can only be arranged if prior notice is given and the other similar class is not full. Missed classes will not result in make-up classes unless notice is received prior to class.
Withdrawal from a class
Requires notice in writing via email before the commencement of term. No refunds will be issued once classes have commenced. Refunds are only available to injuries or illnesses preventing the student from completing the class or a tragedy in the family.
Exclusion from classes
All participants, coaches and parents are referred to Gymnastics Australia’s Child Safeguarding Policy and Member Protection Policy which includes relevant codes of conduct. In extreme cases, violation of these codes of conduct may result in dismissal from the program.
What to wear
Participants should wear clothing that is comfortable and easy to move around in with no zips, belts or other metal. Please bring hair ties for long hair to pulled securely away from the face.
A jumper or loose shirt to throw on over other clothes may be useful for spotting certain tumble skills and comfortable closed shoes may be needed to participate in activities like stilts or unicycle.
Jewellery should not be worn during classes. Please leave valuables at home. Milk Crate Circus staff will not be responsible for any items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure that all personal items are marked with a name.
Arrival and pickup
Parents are welcome to stay during the class or drop off and pickup.
We ask that you please wait with your child until class begins and to come inside to collect your child at the end of class.
Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before his/her scheduled class time (no earlier please). Please pick your student up on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lot may be crowded. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.
Circus activities carry risk
Potentially severe injuries can occur in any activity involving height or motion, including tumbling and related activities including tumble track, trampoline, gymnastics and physical activity in general. It is the express intent of all staff and personnel to provide for the safety and protection of all students. Milk Crate Circus does not take responsibility if a child practices skills in an unsafe manner outside of Milk Crate Circus Classes.
