Students will devise their own play, create characters they feel awesome portraying, learn to direct each other, design the set, bring in costumes, use iMovie to create a commercial for their play on the iPad aaaaaand get to perform to family and friends at the end of the final day!

- This term all of our Holiday Workshops will run for 5 days
- Performance created by the students for friends and family at 4pm on Friday
- Mix and match what days you would like to attend. Does Monday and Wednesday work for you? What about Thursday? OR ALL OF THEM!!
- Longer days! The workshop will be running 9.30am - 4pm (teachers will be there from 8.30am - 5pm at no additional cost!)
- Price - $65 per day
- Our awesome Marrzipan teacher Joshuwawa will be running this workshop, with SPECIAL guest star, our Christchurch teacher, Daniel-No-Nickname!!

Terms and Conditions

We know we are a bit weird and wacky at Marrzipan, but we do have a serious side too. Here it is…

Your child attending a Marrzipan class means you agree to the following:

- I authorise for my child to attend Marrzipan classes.

- I understand that payment is required in order to fully secure my child’s space in the class.

- I agree to pay my fees in full prior to the first lesson starting, or to contact accounts@marrzipandrama.co.nz requesting a payment plan prior to the first lesson starting. If your child is attending a trial, then payment is due before their second class.

- If my child attends a trial class and then decides not to continue, I will advise the teacher at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled lesson, so that the space may be offered to someone on the waiting list.

- I understand that if I fail to pay the fees as agreed, a $20 late fee will be added to my account.

- I understand that if I still fail to pay the fees and $20 late fee, or miss one of the payments in my payment plan, my child will unfortunately be turned away from class. (Note: We hate doing this, so please pay your fees on time to avoid this being our only option!)

- Once my space is secure, I accept that no refunds or credits will be offered if my child is unfortunately unable to attend for any reason - this includes sickness and holidays, except in extreme unforeseen circumstances (we are human, we understand life doesn’t always go as planned).

- In the (highly unlikely!) event that my child does not enjoy Marrzipan classes, I agree that my child will attend one further class, after I have advised the Marrzipan teacher of my child’s/my concerns. If my child still does not want to continue after that, I will be refunded for any remaining lessons.

- I understand that from time to time, teachers get sick and unforeseen circumstances arise. I am guaranteed all the lessons I have paid for, but acknowledge that sometimes the timetable or odd lesson may need to change (we are human too - life doesn’t always go as we planned!)

- I understand that in order for my child to get the most from Marrzipan classes, I need to support them at home with the information provided to me in the weekly Parent Info Emails (we call these “PIEs” for fun!)
