Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all bookings for Lazer Lions holiday camps, clubs, and activities (“Camps”). By making a booking, you (“Parent/Guardian”) agree to the following:

1. Bookings
1.1 All bookings must be made through our official booking system or authorised partners.
1.2 Bookings are only confirmed once full payment (or agreed instalment payment) has been received.
1.3 Lazer Lions reserves the right to refuse a booking at its sole discretion.

2. Eligibility & Age
2.1 Children must be between the ages of 5–12 years old to attend Holiday Camps.
2.2 Parents/Guardians are responsible for ensuring their child meets the age criteria at the time of attendance.

3. Payments
3.1 Payment must be made in advance of the Camp start date.
3.2 We accept payment by [card, childcare vouchers, Tax-Free Childcare – adjust as applies].
3.3 If payment is not received by the due date, we may cancel the booking without notice.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Credits
4.1 Parent Cancellations (Standard Bookings):
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the booked session will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booked session are non-refundable.
4.2 Parent Cancellations (with Cancellation Protection):
- If you purchase Cancellation Protection at the time of booking, you may cancel at any time up until the start of the booked session and receive a full refund.
- The cost of Cancellation Protection is non-refundable.
4.3 Refund Method:
- Refunds for bookings paid by card will be returned using the original payment method.
- Refunds for bookings paid by childcare vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare will be issued as a credit note only, valid for 12 months from the cancellation date.
4.4 Lazer Lions Cancellations:
In the unlikely event we need to cancel a Camp due to insufficient numbers, venue closure, or circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered a full refund or credit note (depending on the original payment method).

5. Attendance & Collection
5.1 Parents/Guardians must ensure children are dropped off and collected at the agreed times.
5.2 Late collection may incur a late fee of £[X] per 15 minutes.
5.3 Only authorised adults (as stated on the booking form) may collect a child. Photo ID may be required.

6. Behaviour & Exclusions
6.1 We expect all children to behave respectfully and follow staff instructions.
6.2 Lazer Lions operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying, violence, or unsafe behaviour.
6.3 If a child’s behaviour is persistently disruptive or poses a risk to others, we may exclude them from Camp without refund.

7. Activities & Participation
7.1 Our Camps include a variety of activities such as sports, arts & crafts, inflatables, zorbing, go-karts, VR headsets, laser tag, Nerf games, and other high-energy games.
7.2 By booking, Parents/Guardians consent to their child’s participation in all activities unless restrictions are noted in writing before Camp.
7.3 Certain activities carry inherent risks (e.g. inflatables, zorbing, Nerf, go-karts). While every reasonable step is taken to reduce risk through supervision, equipment checks, and safety rules, Parents/Guardians acknowledge that minor bumps, scrapes, and accidents may occur.
7.4 Safety instructions given by staff must be followed at all times. Failure to follow instructions may result in exclusion from the activity (without refund).

8. Health, Medical & Special Needs
8.1 Parents must disclose all relevant medical, behavioural, dietary, or additional needs at the time of booking.
8.2 Lazer Lions will make reasonable adjustments where possible but cannot guarantee specialist provision.
8.3 Children must not attend Camp if unwell, displaying symptoms of a contagious illness, or within 48 hours of sickness/diarrhoea.

9. Safeguarding
9.1 Lazer Lions is committed to safeguarding and follows safer recruitment practices.
9.2 All staff are DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding procedures.
9.3 Concerns may be shared with local safeguarding authorities if necessary.

10. Health & Safety
10.1 Camps are run in line with risk assessments and safety procedures.
10.2 Accidents and incidents will be recorded and reported to parents as appropriate.
10.3 Lazer Lions may occasionally adjust or withdraw an activity if it is deemed unsafe due to weather, equipment, or other factors.

11. Liability
11.1 Lazer Lions holds public liability insurance.
11.2 Lazer Lions is not liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal property brought to Camp.
- Injuries arising from reckless behaviour or failure to follow safety instructions.
- Events outside our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, pandemics).

12. Photography & Marketing
12.1 Lazer Lions may take photos/videos for marketing purposes.
12.2 Parents will be asked to consent at the time of booking. If consent is not given, no photos/videos will be taken of that child.

13. Data Protection
13.1 Lazer Lions collects and stores personal information in line with UK GDPR.
13.2 Data will only be used for camp administration, safeguarding, and legal compliance.
13.3 We will not share personal data with third parties except where required by law.

14. Complaints
14.1 If you are unhappy with any aspect of Camp, please raise it with the Camp Manager in the first instance.
14.2 If not resolved, please email [insert complaints email].
14.3 We will respond within 10 working days.

15. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
