Important Information

Please read the Terms and Conditions below - by enrolling you agree to the following:

• Kumeū Arts will notify participants when their stein is ready for collection from Hallertau in Riverhead. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks after the workshop for the clay to dry, be glazed and fired. Times may vary depending on the firing and glazing process.
• Participants may choose to collect their stein from Kumeū Arts instead. Please let us know at the workshop if you would prefer this option.
• The complimentary second beer is only available to participants who collect their stein from Hallertau in Riverhead. Participants choosing to collect their stein from Kumeū Arts will not receive the second complimentary beer.
• When collecting your stein from Hallertau, it will be filled with a standard 400ml pour of Numbers Beer on tap. The complimentary beer is for the workshop participant only and cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.
• The complimentary beer is subject to Hallertau’s responsible service of alcohol requirements. Participants must be 18 years or over and may be asked to provide valid ID.
• Participants may only consume the beer provided as part of the workshop during the workshop. No additional alcohol or outside alcoholic beverages may be brought into or consumed at Kumeū Arts.
• While every care will be taken with your stein, ceramics can occasionally crack or break during the drying, glazing or firing process. Kumeū Arts cannot guarantee that every piece will survive the firing process. If your stein cannot be completed due to damage during firing, we will discuss the available options with you.
• Finished steins must be collected within a reasonable timeframe once participants have been notified that they are ready. Stein’s will be returned to Kumeū Arts after 1 month if uncollected from the Hallertau. Kumeū Arts cannot guarantee storage of uncollected work indefinitely.
• Workshop places are limited and bookings are subject to availability.
