Program Information Ready, Set, NATURE program focuses on connecting participants with the natural environment through exploration, and outdoor activities that support wellbeing, curiosity, and respect for nature. It aims to promote physical activity, sensory development, and environmental awareness. Ready, Set, PILBARA provides, community-focused activities that support wellbeing, social connection, life skills, and engagement for children, young people, and families. The program focusses on wellbeing, connection, and community engagement Ready, Set, STEAM program offers hands-on, exploratory experiences incorporating Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. Activities are designed to promote creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration. Ready, Set, STORY program is to promote language, communication, creativity, and social connection through storytelling, reading, and simple literacy activities. Ready, Set, ME aims to encourage physical activity, healthy habits, and overall wellbeing through fun, inclusive, developmentally appropriate movement-based activities. Sessions may explore the five senses, introduce elements from different cultures, and focus on building confidence, coordination, and positive attitudes toward health. Activities are designed to support personal growth, self-expression, emotional awareness, and confidence, giving participants opportunities to explore who they are, their strengths, and their wellbeing. Eligibility: These programs are for 2.5 - 4.5 year old's and must be completely and confidently independently toilet trained to attend. Membership: It is a requirement that all families attending our programs hold a current KCH membership prior to attending any program/club. This is $40.00 annually and can be obtained via Enrolmy. Absentees and Cancellations Ready, Set, Program Details: Day: Thursdays AM Session: 8:45am - 10:45am PM Session: 11:00am - 1:00pm When you book both the AM & PM sessions, you are agreeing to have our facilitators supervise your child/ren for the 15 minute interval between sessions.

 

Cost: $30.00 per session or $50.00 for both - payment required at the time of booking or booking will be cancelled. What to bring: 

• A healthy snack box. If you are attending 2 sessions in one day, please ensure you pack 2 separate snack boxes.
• Drink bottle (water only). 
• A Hat for outdoor activities (no hat, no play)
• Change of clothes
• A bag big enough to fit all the above

Please clearly label everything. KCH is a NUT FREE Centre. If your child has any special dietary requirements/allergies, please ensure this is noted on the safety form and please provide relevant documents to our Drop & Go Supervisor.
