BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By making a booking with JAM Activity Camps, you enter into a legally binding agreement based on the following terms and conditions. JAM Activity Camps is committed to ensuring a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for all children. 1. PAYMENT TERMS AND BOOKING CONFIRMATION
1.1 The agreement is formed once payment (full or part) is made. This agreement applies to the person making the booking. If this person is not the parent/guardian, it is their responsibility to ensure these terms are understood by the parent/guardian. Confirmation is sent via email.
1.2 You must check your confirmation (dates, location, child details) and contact us within 48 hours for corrections. As services are date-specific, the 14-day cancellation period under Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply. After 48 hours, standard cancellation/amendment terms apply.
1.3 Payments are made through Enrolmy. JAM Activity Camps does not store card details and does not charge processing fees.
1.4 All balances must be paid before camp begins to secure attendance.
1.5 A £5 for every 5 minutes late collection charge will be applied for any children picked up after 5pm.

2. PRICING, DISCOUNTS & OFFERS
2.1 Prices are shown on our website and may reflect promotional discounts. The "rack rate" refers to our standard price prior to discounts.
2.2 Dynamic pricing may be used. Prices may fluctuate based on availability. No retrospective refunds will be offered if prices drop after you book.
2.3 Discount codes must be entered at the time of booking. They cannot be applied later.
2.4 JAM Activity Camps may apply a surcharge if the VAT rate exceeds 20% prior to the camp's start.

3. BOOKING AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
3.1 Amendments up to 14 days in advance are possible once per booking year, subject to availability and price difference.
3.2 No amendments are allowed within 14 days of the camp.
3.3 No refund or credit is offered for missed sessions due to illness unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.4 Amendments may be made up to one working day before the booking start date for adding extra days/products at the current rate.

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 Children must be in good health and able to participate safely in activities.
4.2 You must complete child information forms before arrival. Failure to do so may result in exclusion until resolved.
4.3 Children must behave in a way that respects others and follows all instructions. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
4.4 Children must be toilet-trained. JAM Activity Camps reserves the right to exclude any child who is not, following repeated incidents.
4.5 You must inform us of any infectious illnesses or medical risks within 14 days before camp. JAM Activity Camps reserves the right to cancel the booking in such cases.
4.6 Children whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or incompatible with camp enjoyment (including undisclosed needs) may be excluded without a refund.
4.7 In accordance with the Equality Act 2010, JAM Activity Camps aims to make reasonable adjustments to accommodate children with special educational needs and/or disabilities, where disclosed in advance.

5. TERMS OF SERVICE
5.1 Camps operate 08:00 to 17:00. A late collection fee of £5 per child per 5 minutes applies. Repeated late pick-ups may result in exclusion.

6. COMPLAINTS
If any issues arise, please speak with the Camp Manager immediately. If unresolved, you may submit a complaint in writing within 28 days of your child's final day at camp.

7. LIABILITY
7.1 JAM Activity Camps’ liability (excluding death/personal injury due to negligence) is limited to the lowest market cost of equivalent services.
7.2 Liability for other losses is capped at twice the booking cost, excluding insurance or amendment charges.
7.3 JAM Activity Camps is not liable for indirect, consequential losses or damages.
7.4 All implied terms are excluded as permitted by law.
7.5 You shall indemnify JAM Activity Camps for any damage, costs, or losses arising from your breach of these conditions.

8. PERSONAL PROPERTY
8.1 Responsibility for personal items rests with the child and parent/guardian.
8.2 JAM Activity Camps is not liable for lost/damaged items unless due to staff negligence.
8.3 Valuables should not be brought to camp. Any electronic devices will be confiscated and returned at the end of the day.

9. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for performance failure due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.

10. PHOTOGRAPHY, MARKETING & THE INTERNET
10.1 Photos and videos may be used in JAM Activity Camps’ marketing. Opt out via the form provided after booking.
10.2 Inappropriate sharing or use of camp images may result in exclusion.

11. DATA PROTECTION
11.1 JAM Activity Camps complies with the
UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the
Data Protection Act 2018. Your personal data is processed securely, and shared only with relevant staff or partners to fulfil contractual obligations. Full privacy details are available in our

12. GENERAL
12.1 Headings are for reference only.
12.2 JAM Activity Camps may delegate responsibilities to its employees, agents, franchisees, or subcontractors.
12.3 No failure to enforce these terms constitutes a waiver of any rights.
12.4 If any term is found unenforceable, it will be modified to reflect the parties’ intentions, and the remaining terms will remain in full force.
12.5 No third party may enforce any part of this agreement under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
12.6 These terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
