TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ACTIVITIES
YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing/using or booking on Enrolmy.
Entries are accepted only with full payment of the Activity fee from Term 3 2022 onwards.
Prompt payment of your invoices is expected.
If you have outstanding invoices going into a new term your place on the team or at the activity will be subject to outstanding debts being paid.
Once you have registered on Enrolmy this is your booking for that particular activity, this is not a reservation but an actual booking.
Once the invoice has been generated and sent then you are liable for payment.
Please note that External providers and Gulf Harbour School will not refund if you change your mind.
School based Teams (parents and students self-organise),
Once you have been assigned to a team then you are committed to play for this team for that term.
No refunds will be given once you have been assigned a team.
No uniforms for the teams - Gulf Harbour PE Uniform/Blue t-shirt and shorts are fine.
Once teams have been finalised there will be no changes.
If you have any special requests they are to be made at the time of registration/booking i.e. if you need to be with someone specifically for transport reasons etc. please email Ruth or Sharon to let them know asap as after registration its too late.
No late registrations will be accepted.
If the provider cancels games or tournaments depending on their refund policy you will be refunded/credited accordingly.
Gulf Harbour School reserves the right to refuse this service to anyone for any reason at any time.
