GO GO Makers Terms and Conditions
At GO GO Makers, we want to ensure that every child has a safe, fun, and enriching experience. These Terms and Conditions outline what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when booking our services.
By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to help.
If any issues arise, we are committed to addressing them quickly and fairly.

1. Bookings and Payment
• All bookings must be made online. Once booked and paid, a confirmation email will be sent.
• Payment via debit or credit card confirms your booking immediately.
• Childcare vouchers, Tax-Free Childcare, or grants: Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received (which may take 5-7 working days).
• If booking within 7 days of the attendance date, you must pay via debit/credit card upfront. You will be refunded once we have receive voucher/tax-free childcare payments.

2. Booking Confirmation and Changes
• It is your responsibility to check the booking confirmation (including dates and venue). Please contact us within 48 hours of booking for amendments.
• If an incorrect booking (extra days or duplicates) is made, notify us within 24 hours for a full refund. No refunds are available after this period.
• Changes to bookings: Requests must be made at least 10 working days before the scheduled date. Changes to Summer Holiday Camps are not permitted.
• A £4 admin charge applies to booking changes.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellations made with 28 days or more notice are refundable, subject to a £4 admin charge.
• Cancellations within 28 days of the camp start date are non-refundable.
• Summer Holiday Camp cancellations are non-refundable.

4. Extended Care and Late Collection
• Early drop-off (8 AM) and late pick-up are considered extended care.
• Moving extended care bookings: Requires 7 days' notice and incurs a £4 admin charge.
• Late collection fees:
o If you are late collecting, you will be charged for the next session (e.g., 5:30 PM session if late after 3:30 PM).
o Additional late fees: £10 per 15 minutes after closing time. This applies to Camps and Before and After School Care provisions).
o If no contact is made 30 minutes after closing, we will notify Social Services.
• Repeated late collections may result in refusal of future bookings.

5. Photography and Video Footage
• We may take photos and videos for training and promotional/social/internal purposes.
• You must indicate consent or refusal during the booking process.

6. Insurance
• All children are covered under our Public Liability Insurance.
• Staff are covered under Employer Liability Insurance.

7. Personal Property
• GO GO Makers is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
• Lost property may be claimed before the end of the camp.

8. Mobile Phones and Electronic Devices
• These are strictly prohibited at GO GO Makers.
• If found, devices will be kept in a secure lockbox and returned to an authorised parent/carer.

9. Special Requirements & Additional Support
• We aim to accommodate children with specific needs and medical conditions.
• Due to insurance restraints, we are unable to accommodate diabetics.
• Parents must provide full disclosure of their child’s needs before booking.
• We operate within standard staffing ratios (1:8 for Reception; 1:14 for Year 1+).
• We do not provide one-to-one support.
• A paid trial may be offered for children with additional needs, but future bookings are subject to review.

10. Food & Allergies
• GO GO Makers is a nut-free and sesame-free camp. Please ensure all packed lunches are free from nuts and sesame.
• We promote healthy eating and encourage nutritious lunch options.
• Choking Hazard Prevention: For the safety of all children, parents are solely responsible for ensuring that any potential choking hazards, such as grapes, cherry tomatoes, and similar foods, are cut lengthwise before being packed in their child’s lunch. GO GO Makers cannot assume responsibility for food items that have not been prepared accordingly.

11. Health & Safety
• Certain medical or physical conditions may restrict participation in some activities. Alternative activities will be provided where possible.
• Parents must disclose any medical and/or physical conditions before booking.

12. Safeguarding
• We comply with legal safeguarding obligations.
• Any concerns about child abuse or neglect will be reported to the relevant authorities and Ofsted.

13. Timetable and Activities
• Scheduled activities may be subject to change without notice.
• No refunds or exchanges will be given for activity changes.

14. Complaints & Feedback
• We encourage open communication. If you have a concern, please speak to the Manager

• We aim to resolve concerns promptly and fairly.

15. Illness and Medication
• If your child is ill or infectious, they must stay home until symptoms have cleared for the duration specified in our Illness Policy.
• We only administer prescribed medication with a completed permission to administer medicine form.
• Diabetic children cannot attend GO GO Makers.
• Illness refunds: No refunds/credits will be issued for illness-related absences.
• In case of an accident, first aid will be administered, and emergency services will be contacted if necessary.

16. Closure Due to External Factors
• If we must close due to external circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, health outbreaks), fees remain payable, and no refunds will be issued.
• Pandemic Policy: Refunds and date changes are subject to GO GO Makers' discretion.

17. Behaviour & Exclusion
• Bullying, aggression, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• We reserve the right to remove children from sessions or permanently exclude them without a refund if behaviour is deemed unacceptable.

18. Absences
• If your child will miss a session, please notify us at 01926 350024 or hello@gogomakers.co.uk. Alternatively, please call the Camp or Club directly/text message.

19. Data Protection
• We act as a Data Controller under GDPR regulations.
• Personal data is collected for booking purposes and must be accurate.

20. Policy Changes GO GO Makers reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms with reasonable notice.
