Terms & Conditions
1. General
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Go Football Coaching or one of our names brands including Go Football Coaching – Go Little Footballers – Go Sports Coaching.
1.2 By booking any session, programme, or service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 Go Football Coaching reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always apply to current bookings.

2. Bookings & Payments
2.1 All bookings must be made in advance through the online booking platform Enrolmy
2.2 Payment must be made in line with the selected payment option at the time of booking (e.g., full block payment, monthly payment plan, or pay-as-you-go where applicable).
2.3 Spaces are not guaranteed until payment has been received.
2.4 Rebooking is required at the start of each new block period to secure your child’s place.
2.5 Failure to make payment by the agreed due date may result in the space being offered to another participant.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
3.1 Bookings are non-refundable once a block has commenced.
3.2 In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical reasons), credit may be offered at the Company’s discretion.
3.3 If Go Football Coaching cancels a session, a replacement session or credit will be provided where possible.
3.4 Some scheduled dates may not be included within a block due to centre closures, bank holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. This information will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Attendance & Conduct
4.1 Participants are expected to attend sessions on time and in appropriate sportswear and footwear.
4.2 Go Football Coaching reserves the right to refuse participation if behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
4.3 Parents/guardians must ensure all medical information provided at booking is accurate and up to date.

Go Little Footballers – Specific Terms & Conditions
The following terms apply specifically to Go Little Footballers sessions:
5. Booking & Attendance
5.1 Go Little Footballers sessions are booked in block periods. Block 1 - Start January - Ends April. Block 2 Starts May - Ends August. Block 3 Starts Sept - Ends December
5.2 Rebooking is required at the beginning of each new block to retain your child’s place. Limited numbers per class are in place.
5.3 If sessions are missed no refund is available and credits are at the discretion of Go Football Coaching

6. Session Schedule & Closures
6.1 Some session dates may not be included within a block due to bank holidays, venue closures, or unforeseen circumstances. This includes dates such as but not limited to New Years Day, Christmas day, Boxing day, Good Friday, Easter Monday. Other dates may also be included.
6.2 Any excluded dates will be communicated at the time of booking or the earliest opportunity.

7. Parent/Guardian Participation
7.1 Go Little Footballers sessions are parent-participation sessions.
7.2 A parent or responsible adult must remain on site and stay to watch the session at all times.
7.3 Parents/guardians are encouraged and permitted to actively participate in their own child’s session where appropriate.

8. Kit Requirements
8.1 Children must attend sessions wearing the official Go Little Footballers training top.
8.2 The correct colour training top must be worn according to the child’s designated age group. Yellow ages 2-4years, Black ages 5-8, Yellow age 9-11
8.3 Appropriate footwear must be worn in line with venue requirements.

9. Health & Safety
9.1 All participants take part at their own risk.
9.2 Go Football Coaching holds appropriate public liability insurance.
9.3 Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child before and after sessions for ages 2-4 and may also join in sessions. Parents can stay and watch sessions for all other age groups from a suitable area designated by the Go Football Coaching team.

10. Data Protection
10.1 Personal data collected during booking will be used solely for administrative and coaching purposes.
10.2 Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Go Football Coaching – School Clubs: Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings, bookings made via Enrolmy, attendance, payments, cancellations and participation in all Go Football Coaching (“GFC”, “we”, “us”, “our”) school clubs and sessions.
By making a booking for, or participating in, any GFC club or session, you (the parent/guardian or payer) accept and agree to these Terms in full.

1. Booking & Confirmation
1.1. All bookings must be made through the online booking platform Enrolmy and payment received in full (or as otherwise agreed) for the booking to be confirmed.
1.2. A place is not secured until payment is received and confirmed.
1.3. GFC reserves the right to refuse or decline bookings at its discretion.

2. Payment
2.1. All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless we have agreed an alternative payment arrangement in writing.
2.2. Payments may be made via credit/debit card, childcare vouchers, tax-free childcare, or other payment methods accepted by Enrolmy.
2.3. Where payment has not been received in the required period, GFC reserves the right to cancel the booking and free the place.

3. Credits & Refunds
3.1. Credit Notes: Should a session be cancelled by GFC, a credit note valid for future booking (or full refund at GFC’s discretion) may be issued.
3.2. Transfers: Requests to transfer bookings may be made via Enrolmy and are subject to availability. GFC may apply transfer fees or conditions.
3.3. Unused credits may expire after 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.4. Credits/refunds will only be issued if sessions are cancelled by GFC, or in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. General cancellations:
a. Cancellations made up to [insert number] days before the start of the booked session may receive a credit note for future use.
b. Cancellations within [insert number] days of the booked session may not receive a credit or refund (unless due to exceptional circumstances at GFC’s discretion).
4.2. No refunds or cash reimbursements will be given except in cases where GFC cancels a session or under applicable consumer law.
4.3. In all cancellation cases, the booking holder must request the cancellation via Enrolmy or in writing to GFC.

5. Non-Attendance
5.1. If a participant does not attend a booked session, fees remain due in full and no credit or refund will be given, except in exceptional circumstances and at GFC’s discretion.
5.2. Participants are responsible for attending on time and attending the full session. Late arrival does not entitle the participant to an extended session or refund.

6. Changes by GFC
6.1. GFC reserves the right to change session times, venues, dates, coaches, or other arrangements.
6.2. If GFC cancels a session, it will endeavour to notify booked participants in advance. Credits or refunds for sessions cancelled by GFC will be issued at GFC’s discretion.
6.3. GFC shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by changes, provided reasonable notice is given.

7. Health & Safety
7.1. It is your responsibility to ensure all medical or dietary information is provided accurately when booking.
7.2. Participants must not attend sessions while ill or unwell.
7.3. Parents/guardians consent to their child participating in football coaching activities and understand that there is an inherent risk of injury.

8. Behaviour
8.1. Participants must behave appropriately at all times. Disruptive behaviour may result in exclusion with no refund or credit.
8.2. GFC reserves the right to refuse participation if behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

9. Data Protection
9.1. Participant and payer data will be stored and used in accordance with applicable data protection laws and GFC’s privacy policy.
9.2. GFC will share data with Enrolmy to manage bookings.

10. Liability
10.1. GFC’s liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid for the affected session(s).
10.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by GFC’s negligence.

11. Changes to Terms
11.1. GFC may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By completing a booking via Enrolmy and/or attending a GFC session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
