Get Boxing classes and Boxing For Kids classes are a great way to improve confidence, develop fitness and strength, build lasting friendships, and learn some basic self defence.
* Get Boxing classes are for kids aged from 12 years+.
* Boxing for Kids classes are for kids aged from 8 years to 11 years.
Our classes involve boxing skills and improving fitness in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.
We cover a range of fundamental boxing techniques as well as coordination and balance.
Every boxing session is well planned and managed with a Senior Coach and Assistant Coaches at every class, who work together to create fun and engaging sessions. Zero boxing experience? Not a problem. We cater to all experience levels and you’ll be given all the instruction you need to gain confidence with new skills and have an awesome time in the process!
We focus on correct punching and footwork, balance, fitness, and strength-building exercises. We practice single punches and complex combinations, which will dramatically improve your coordination and balance. The classes also incorporate fitness building boxing drills, cardio work, core strength development, strengthening exercises, hand pad drills, partner work, floor exercises, hanging bag work, circuit training, and heaps more!
Our boxing classes are held in a large, airy Boxing studio in the West Lindfield Community Hall.
We’ve got all the equipment you need for a productive class including hanging bags, focus mitts, punch shields, skipping ropes, balance cushions, hand weights, slam balls, and footwork ladders.
The studio is fully air-conditioned for comfortable training and has convenient onsite parking.
