KUBS (Kids Understanding Basic Skills)
KUBS is a fun, active and engaging school readiness program designed to help young children develop the essential skills needed for a confident transition into school.
Developed by a leading team of exercise scientists, physiotherapists, psychologists, professional athletes and educators, the KUBS program aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), supporting children's physical, social, emotional and cognitive development through movement and play.
What to Expect
Each week, our experienced coaches deliver age-appropriate sessions that combine fundamental movement skills, sports-based activities and interactive games designed to build confidence, independence and school readiness.
