This program has been designed specifically for children aged 12 to 15 years. 
 
Coached by one of our Personal trainers and kids coach expert this program will help with gaining fitness, strength, speed, balance, flexibility and overall confidence.
 
No matter where your level of fitness is at our coaches will take you on a journey over the term helping you improve in a fun dynamic session each week
 
Program Overview 
 
Goal: To develop physical and mental abilities through fun, dynamic activities.
 
Weekly Breakdown Week 1: Fitness Foundation & Baseline Testing
 
  • Introduce the students to the program's goals and discuss their goals
  • Perform basic fitness assessments (e.g., endurance, speed, flexibility).
  • Light cardio exercises and stretches to build endurance
Week 2: Strength and Stability
 
  • Focus on bodyweight strength exercises 
  • Introduce core stability workouts 
  • Fun team challenges that promote group strength-building.
Week 3: Speed & Agility
 
  • Speed & power drills 
  • Exercises to improve footwork and coordination.
  • Fun challenges to keep engagement high.
Week 4: Balance & Coordination
 
  • Balance and strength exercises
  • Agility challenges 
  • Agility course to improve balance and movement control.
Week 5: Flexibility & Mobility
 
  • Focus on dynamic and static stretching routines.
  • Yoga-based exercises for flexibility and muscle control.
Week 6: Strength & Power
 
  • Resistance band exercises and weights
  • Focus on explosive and dynamic movements 
  • Power-based challenges 
Week 7: Endurance & Mental Toughness
 
  • Endurance activities 
  • Focus on maintaining a positive mindset during physical exertion.
  • Team-building games to build confidence and camaraderie.
Week 8: Fitness Test & Celebration
 
  • Re-assess the students' progress and reflect on goal setting from Week 1.
  • Reward and recognize improvements in fitness, strength, speed, and confidence.
  • Fun based games and challenges session
