This program has been designed specifically for children aged 12 to 15 years.
Coached by one of our Personal trainers and kids coach expert this program will help with gaining fitness, strength, speed, balance, flexibility and overall confidence.
No matter where your level of fitness is at our coaches will take you on a journey over the term helping you improve in a fun dynamic session each week
- Introduce the students to the program's goals and discuss their goals
- Perform basic fitness assessments (e.g., endurance, speed, flexibility).
- Light cardio exercises and stretches to build endurance
- Focus on bodyweight strength exercises
- Introduce core stability workouts
- Fun team challenges that promote group strength-building.
