As there are some potential risks to many of our activities, parents are asked to acknowledge receipt of this indemnity waiver from to indicate that they are happy for their child to participate in activities which do carry some risks. These activities include, but are not limited to: gardening, cooking, bushwalking, climbing trees and handling animals. This is a requirement of our public liability insurance. All possible care will be taken to ensure your children are safe. At Free Rangers, we do feel that for children to grow up into capable, adaptable adults, it is important for them to be able to take some risks. Our job is to manage those risks for children so they can get on with experiencing new things and learning to manage the adult world without fear.

In the unforeseen event of personal injury or illness sustained while on a Free Rangers Kids Who Can activity or excursion, or the loss of personal property, I hereby release, exempt and indemnify Free Rangers Kids Who Can and any related persons involved in providing the activites and excursions, from any action, proceedings, demands, costs, expense, and claims whatsoever made or taken by any person arising out of my child's participation in any and all Free Rangers Kids Who Can activities or excursions.

If in the event your child's behaviour is deemed byFree Rangers Kids Who Canstaff or volunteers to be inappropriate, or where it compromises the safety ad/or health of other Attendees during an activity or excursion, thenFree Rangers Kids Who Canreserves the right to request, at the earliest possible time, by the most effective and safe mode of transport, for you to orgnise collection of your child.

 

Refunds will be issued in full if cancellation is made more than 21 days in advance of the booked session.
