The Four Peaks Before & After School Care Programme provides a safe, secure and fun environment for children from Year 0 - Year 8 (age 5 - 13 years). We are based at the Cambridge Primary School Hall, and are an OSCAR approved programme. Enrolled children may have a regular booking, or attend on a casual basis -all bookings must be made via our online booking programme Enrolmy.

The morning programme opens at 7:30 am each school day and finishes at 8:30 am.

The afternoon programme begins at 3:00 pm and finishes at 5:30 pm - there are two session times available in the afternoon - half session (3pm - 4:15pm) and a full session (3pm - 5:30pm).

Homework supervision is available on request every Monday to Thursday and this normally takes place in a separate classroom.

Afternoon tea is provided every afternoon. We offer a choice of wheatmeal or white bread with a selection of spreads. Fresh fruit is supplied along with water to drink. If your child has any dietary requirements please let us know and we will do our best to cater to them.

You can complete your day's work knowing that your child is being cared for in a safe, and friendly environment. We look forward to getting to know your child.

Before & After School Care

Morning Programme 2025 Session rates, per child

FULL session from 7:30am 8:30am $8.50 HALF session from 8:00am 8:30am $5.20

Middle School Students $5.20

Afternoon Programme

FULL session from 3:00pm 5:30pm $18.20 HALF session from 3:00pm 4:15pm $10.30 Middle School Students $11.30 Family discount: 50% discount applies to the third child in a family attending the same session. This discount does not apply for WINZ subsidised families. Early notice - cancellations more than 24 hours in advance of session start, no fees apply. Late notice - cancellations within 24 hours of session start, half regular fees apply. Absence excused - where children are absent due to medical conditions, or for a genuine reason, fees may be waived. These will be considered on a case by case basis. Please contact the Supervisor. Late pickup: Should your child/ren not be picked up by 5.30pm, a late charge will apply. Up to 15 minutes late the charge is $10.00 per child. After 5:45pm, per 15 minutes; $10.00 for one child; $15 for two children and $20 for three or more children.

Families are invoiced every week, and are expected to pay the total balance of their invoice within 14 days from the invoice date. Where fees are unpaid a credit management process will begin which follows the Four Peaks Credit Management Policy.

All fees paid by cash or eftpos will be receipted and payments will show on the following invoice. Fees can also be paid by cash or eftpos at the school office or by internet banking into the above account. We regret that there are no refunds on fees.

Casual bookings are welcome by prior arrangement with the Supervisor by phone or text, or by phoning or emailing theschool during school hours. WINZ offers a subsidy as way of assistance to parents / caregivers whose children attend an official OSCAR programme.

ADVENTURE PROGRAM FEE POLICY 2025

Programme Fees Per Child

Full Day Fee - (4 to 9.5 hours) $55.00

Half Day Fee - up to 4 hours $44.00

Full Week Booking Fee (10% discount) $49.50 per day

Early drop off fee if child is dropped off between 7:30am - 8:00am

(this needs to be advised prior to the day of the early drop-off) $7.30

Adventure program operating hours are 8:00am 5:30pm.

Children must not be dropped off before 8:00am unless we have previously been notified of your early drop off.

Family discount:

A 10% discount applies to the third child in a family attending the same session. This discount does not apply for WINZ subsidised families.
