More matches, more touches, more fun!
We're launching Girls Match HQ at Albany Football Hub, a fun, relaxed football session designed especially for girls aged 6–8 years!
The idea is simple: less standing around, more playing football!
Unlike traditional coaching sessions, Match HQ is all about getting the girls playing. We'll mix in a little coaching and some fun challenges, but the main focus is on small-sided matches, scoring goals and enjoying football with friends.
Our enclosed 4G turf pitches have rebound boards to keep the ball moving, meaning more touches, more action and fewer interruptions!
What to expect:
- Loads of fun 3v3 and 4v4 matches
- A little coaching and some fun football challenges
- Plenty of touches, goals and opportunities to build confidence
- Friendly games with different teammates and opponents
- A welcoming environment for beginners and developing players
- No team or previous football experience needed!
Sessions are limited to 16 girls to ensure everyone gets plenty of playing time.
2 FREE Trial Sessions!
We're kicking things off with two completely free trial sessions on Tuesday 20 and 27 October.
It's absolutely fine to bring a friend along too! Just let us know beforehand so we can plan our numbers and make sure everyone gets plenty of game time.
If the sessions prove popular, we'll look to roll Girls Match HQ out as a regular weekly programme for the remainder of Term 4.
Any future paid sessions will be communicated separately, with no obligation to continue.
