Booking Your Weekly Coaching Group
Important – Family Bookings
Adult coaching is booked and managed through each individual's own account. If two adults from the same family attend coaching, the discount still applies to each eligible person.
This discounted subscription is exclusively available to Emergency Workers. You must have already completed our Adult Discount Application Form before subscribing.

Your monthly subscription spreads the cost of 37 weeks of regular term-time coaching evenly across the 2026/27 season, with no large termly payments and no need to rebook at the start of each term.
Your subscription continues on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled.
If you are joining us for the first time, or did not attend the previous term's coaching, please visit our coaching page before setting up your subscription and select the venue and weekly coaching session you would like to attend.
When you book onto one of our weekly coaching activities, your booking will initially be placed on a waiting list.
Please note that a waiting-list booking does not mean you have an active or confirmed place. This allows us to check your subscription against your chosen activity and confirm that the correct discounted rate has been applied.
Once your subscription has been checked and approved, we will move your booking from the waiting list to an active booking and send you a confirmation email.
Pay & Play remains available on applicable sessions.
Start and Finish Times
The season runs September 2026 to August 2027. Monthly payments cover 37 weeks of term-time coaching across the year.
