Important Information

1) If booking more than one child and the bookings will be different then please complete all sections for the first child then create a separate booking for each future child. All payments can be made together at the end of the bookings.

2) At the bottom of this page you will be asked if you wish to pay with Childcare Vouchers. If you do not then after agreeing to the terms and conditions simply click:
'Next: Review Booking' If you have an account and are logged in already
'Next: Add Attendees' If you do not have an account or haven't yet logged in

3) The second page you will be asked to Log in or Register - Registering with us streamlines the process for you in the future and allows us to safely store your contact details and pupils information.

4) Once you have submitted the booking session we will RESERVE your place. YOU MUST COMPLETE THE SAFETY FORM (Pupils information) on the following pages to complete your booking which includes payment information. ONLY AFTER we have received the Safety Form is your booking confirmed.

5) After completing the booking details and Safety Form you will receive 2 EMAILS. These are sent automatically so please check your junk/spam folders as they can end up in there.

6) PLEASE NOTE: If you see a number next to the tick box on a specific date, this means there are limited number of spaces left available for that session. If there is no number by the tick box this means there are still plenty of spaces available

7) IMPORTANT - Once everything is submitted and you have completed your booking please double check that the right names and details of each child is booked in to the correct groups. On occasion parents have made errors with their bookings and the same details will be allocated to all bookings. If this does happen please follow these instructions to correct:
1) Log in
2) Select the session that has the incorrect details
3) select edit Safety form for that session
4) The safety form will show you ALL people in your family so please choose the ‘FIRST’ player as this will be the details for the session you have just selected
5) Edit the name, DOB and gender here and then check the medical information in the next section.
6) save and continue
7) Check the second players details to confirm they are correct as well
8) Once safety form is completed check your booking again to see if everything has updated correctly.
