Do you ever walk through Epsom and wonder about the stories behind its beautiful old homes? Why some houses feel warm, welcoming and full of character, while others seem quite different? 

This new six-week course invites you to discover the history, architecture and design ideas that shaped some of Auckland's most admired neighborhoods.

Led by Cristina Capri, Heritage Architect, you'll journey from Victorian Britain and the vision of William Morris to the leafy streets of Epsom. Through illustrated talks and guided heritage walks, you'll learn how to identify the distinctive features of Arts & Crafts architecture and uncover the hidden details that make Auckland's historic homes so special. By the end of the course, you'll never look at your local streets in quite the same way again.
