The Enjoy Childcare Ltd Out-of-School Care Programme may be referred to as “Enjoy Childcare” in the following Terms and Conditions.
Any Terms and Conditions not covered specifically here will default to Enjoy Childcare’s published policies. These are available on request from our office.

Electronic Signature Agreement
By clicking Submit you are electronically signing this enrolment form and are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions below. You certify that the information provided on this form is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.
By selecting Submit, you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature.

General Terms & Conditions
- I agree to the rules and policies of Enjoy Childcare as set down by management, and I accept that management reserves the right to revoke enrolment.
- I understand that the terms and conditions in this form are not exhaustive and that others are contained in published Policy documents. I accept that Enjoy Childcare reserves the right to add, amend, clarify, or delete terms, conditions, or policies following reasonable consultation.
- I will not bring my child to the programme in the event of sickness or any infectious illness.
- I agree to be fully responsible for the safety and well-being of my child at all times when visiting, settling in, dropping off, or collecting.
- I understand that Enjoy Childcare takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to property while children are attending the programme.
- I agree to sign my child in and out of each session and advise an Enjoy Childcare staff member before taking my child from the programme.
- I understand that Enjoy Childcare is not responsible for children outside of the agreed programme time and that written consent is required if a child has permission to walk, bike, or catch a bus home.
- I agree that parents/caregivers will pay for damage wilfully caused by their child.
- I understand that my personal details may be sighted for auditing purposes by the Ministry of Social Development under OSCAR regulations.

Behaviour & Safety
- Children are expected to follow staff instructions and participate in activities in a safe and respectful manner.
- Behaviour that places themselves, other children, or staff at risk will not be tolerated.
- Enjoy Childcare operates on a positive guidance model, but repeated or serious behavioural issues may result in:
- A discussion with parents/caregivers.
- A behaviour management plan if appropriate.
- Suspension or termination of enrolment if unsafe or disruptive behaviour continues.
- The final decision regarding enrolment rests with Enjoy Childcare management.

Fees and Payment
- I accept full responsibility for payment of fees charged to my account in accordance with Enjoy Childcare’s published policies, standard fee rates, and late fees.
- Fees must be paid in full within 14 days of invoice. I understand that irrespective of any arrangement with a third party (e.g. WINZ subsidy, another adult, ACC, Trusts, or Budgeting services), full responsibility for payment remains with me.
- I understand that if fees remain unpaid beyond the timeframe specified in the Fee Policy, my child’s enrolment may be suspended, the debt may be referred to a Debt Collection Agency, and I will be responsible for any collection costs.
- I understand that late pick-up fees may apply if I collect my child after the end of the session: $20 for the first 15 minutes late, plus $10 for every additional 5 minutes thereafter.

Cancellations – Before & After School Care
- All booked sessions will be charged, even if my child does not attend.
- Cancellations must be made before midnight the night prior to avoid being charged.
- Before midnight – cancel through Enrolmy, or TEXT the manager’s phone (027 365 6900).
- After midnight – the session will still be charged, even if my child is absent.
[li]If my child is away and no cancellation is received, staff will follow procedure and attempt to contact me after 3pm.[/li]

Cancellations – Holiday Programme
- All holiday programme bookings are considered confirmed once made.
- Cancellations made up to one week prior to the start of the holiday programme will receive a full refund or credit.
- Cancellations made within one week of the programme start date may still be charged in full unless the booking can be filled by another family.
- Absences due to illness must be communicated to Enjoy Childcare as soon as possible. A medical certificate may be required to consider a partial credit.

Privacy Policy
Enjoy Childcare Ltd complies with the requirements of the Privacy Act 2020. We take the privacy of children and families seriously, particularly as children are recognised as a vulnerable group under the Act.
We ensure that all staff understand our privacy processes, including how we manage personal information and how breaches are reported. Parents/caregivers may request access to our Privacy Policy at any time.
