Elevate Performance Academy Off-Season Programme
6 Weeks. 3 Phases. 1 Goal. Arrive at pre-season ahead of the competition.
The Elevate Off-Season Programme has been designed specifically for young rugby players who want to make the most of their summer and return to training fitter, faster, and more athletic.
Built by experienced coaches and strength & conditioning professionals, each programme follows a proven three-phase structure:
Phase 1: Base
Build movement quality, fitness foundations, and training habits.
Phase 2: Build
Increase strength, speed, work capacity, and athletic performance.
Phase 3: Peak
Sharpen performance and prepare for a strong return to pre-season.
Choose from three age-specific programmes:
U12 – Get Faster
Develop speed, agility, coordination, and confidence in movement.
U14 – Build Your Engine
Improve fitness, resilience, work rate, and all-round athletic ability.
U16 – Train Like An Athlete
A more advanced programme focusing on strength, conditioning, speed, and physical preparation for the demands of the game.
Designed to be completed independently, sessions can be carried out in a local park, garden, field, or open space, with minimal equipment required.
Every player returns to pre-season having done something over the summer. The difference is whether that "something" moves them forward.
When you purchase your programme, you are securing your place and chosen age-group plan in advance. Your full 6-week programme will be delivered electronically on Monday 27 July, giving you everything you need to get started immediately.
