Empowering Young People Through Sport
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Elevate Performance Academy (“we”, “our”, or “us”) to schools, organisations, and partners (“you” or “the client”). By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

2. Services Provided
Elevate Performance Academy delivers high-quality physical education and sports services, including but not limited to:
- Curriculum PE and PPA cover
- After-school and lunchtime clubs
- Mentoring + sport programmes
- Reading + sport sessions
- Staff CPD support
- Specialist coaching
- Holiday and enrichment camps
All sessions are delivered by fully qualified, DBS-checked coaches.

3. Bookings and Cancellations
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing or by email.
- Cancellations made by the client less than 14 days before the agreed start date may be subject to 50% of the total booking fee.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of a session will be charged in full, except in cases of extreme weather or school closure.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to coach illness, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to provide cover or reschedule.

4. Payment Terms
- Invoices are issued monthly or termly, depending on the agreement.
- Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest charge on overdue balances.

5. Responsibilities
Elevate Performance Academy will:
- Deliver professional, engaging sessions as agreed
- Ensure all staff are DBS checked, first aid trained, and qualified
- Provide relevant planning and assessment if required
The Client will:
- Provide safe, appropriate space for sessions
- Ensure pupils are ready and available at agreed times
- Communicate any changes or issues promptly

6. Safeguarding and Insurance
We are committed to the highest safeguarding standards. Our staff follow strict policies and report any concerns through the appropriate channels. We hold full Public Liability Insurance and Employers’ Liability Insurance.

7. Data Protection
We process and store client and pupil information securely and in accordance with GDPR. Data will never be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Feedback and Complaints
We welcome feedback and strive for excellence. Any concerns or complaints should be reported to us directly via email at admin@elevate-performance.uk, and we will aim to respond within 5 working days.

9. Amendments to Terms
Elevate Performance Academy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of significant changes in advance.
