Terms and Conditions General
- Only children attending Coppice Valley Primary School are eligible to attend the BAS.
- The Safety Form on EnrolMy must be completed prior to booking sessions on EnrolMy
- Children’s attendance is recorded in a register.
- The club operates using the information you have already provided to the school which we hold on our MIS System, Arbor, regarding your child’s medical conditions, allergies, emergency contacts, permissions to take photos, court orders etc. It is your responsibility to keep the school up to date with any changes.
- The club is subject to all school’s policies and procedures, some of which can be seen on our website at www.coppicevalley.com
Opening Hours
- All places are subject to availability though we will always do our best to accommodate our families. EnrolMy is a live system and places are detailed on the booking calendar is looking low.
- Closures - the club will be closed on all weekends, bank holidays, school holidays and teacher training days.
Collection and Drop Off
- Parents/Carers are required to bring their child directly to BAS and sign them in using the EnrolMy App with staff.
- Parents/Carers are required to collect their child directly from BAS and sign them out using the EnrolMy App with staff.
Late Fees
- If you are more than 10 minutes late in collecting your child, or more than 10 minutes early to drop off your child, the club will add the cost of the additional time to your bill.
Behaviour
- Coppice Valley Primary School Behaviour Policy applies.
First Aid
- All accidents will be recorded using school's first aid procedure, accurately reported to the parents/carer upon collection.
- All incidents are dealt with by a qualified first aider.
- Parents/carers of a child who becomes unwell at the BAS will be contacted immediately. If a child is sent home during school hours, the BAS will be informed of their absence.
Uncollected Children
If a child has not been collected by 6.00pm parents will be contacted in the first instance by telephone. The additional contacts parents have provided will be telephoned in the second instance. If these contacts are unavailable after approximately one hour, the Headteacher, deputy or a senior leader will be contacted. The Designated Safeguarding Leader will be informed via CPOMS.

Fees
- It is a requirement of the club that parents/carers pay their fees promptly via EnrolMy by card, bank transfer or by childcare vouchers. Fees should be paid in advance or using the monthly instalments provided by EnrolMy. Payment is due for all booked sessions, even if your child does not attend their booked session, unless sessions are cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
- The person signing into EnrolMy is responsible for payment of all fees.
- If a parent/carer intends to pay by Childcare Voucher, a booking deposit of £5 will be taken on a bank card by EnrolMy to secure the bookings and provide a back up payment method in the absence of the voucher payment.
- If a parent/carer is experiencing difficulty with payment of their fees, they should contact the school office staff as soon as possible. Our staff will treat all matters confidentially and arrange for discussions in private.
- If non-payment of fees becomes an ongoing issue, this may result in a parent/carer losing their childcare place.
