Every day at camp brings a new opportunity to get active, make friends, and try exciting activities both on land and in the water. Your child will enjoy plenty of time in the river, splash sessions on the water slide, and the chance to test their aim with shooting and archery activities.

Alongside our favourites, we’ll also be introducing some brand-new challenges and games throughout the week. From curling-style competitions and darts tournaments to table-top football contests and team challenges, there will always be something exciting happening.

Whether your child loves sports, outdoor adventure, water activities, or simply trying something new, our holiday camp offers a safe, energetic, and fun-filled environment for everyone.

Holiday Club Booking – Terms & Conditions Bookings & Payment ● All bookings must be made in advance. ● Full payment is required to secure your child’s place. ● Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations & Refunds ● Cancellations made 10 working days before the start date will receive a full refund. ● Cancellations made after this time are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances. ● Refunds are not given for non-attendance, late arrival, or early collection. Illness & Absence ● Children who are unwell should not attend. ● Please follow our illness policy (e.g. 48-hour rule for sickness/diarrhoea). ● No refunds are given for sessions missed due to illness. Drop-Off & Collection ● Children must be dropped off and collected at the agreed times. ● Late collection may result in an additional charge. ● Only authorised adults may collect your child; ID may be requested. Safeguarding & Behaviour ● Our Holiday Club follows strict safeguarding and health & safety procedures. ● We expect children to behave respectfully towards others and staff. ● Persistent unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in exclusion, without refund. Activities & Risk ● Activities may take place indoors and outdoors, including woodland, river, and animal experiences. ● All activities are risk-assessed and supervised by qualified staff. ● By booking, parents/carers consent to their child taking part in planned activities. Clothing & Belongings ● Children should wear suitable clothing for outdoor play and messy activities. ● We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Medical & Care Information ● Parents/carers must provide accurate medical, allergy, and emergency contact information. ● Any medication must be clearly labelled and handed to staff with written instructions. Photography ● Photographs may be taken for learning records or promotional purposes, in line with parental consent preferences. Changes or Cancellations by Us ● We reserve the right to amend activities or cancel sessions if necessary (e.g. low numbers, weather, staff illness). ● In the unlikely event of cancellation by us, a full refund or credit will be offered.
