Mrs T’s Summer Camp is back and better than ever! Expect a fun, loud, and high-energy week packed with creativity and free-flow play. From exciting crafts and pizza making to water fights, a bouncy castle, and a giant water slide – there’s never a dull moment.

Set across the beautiful Copthill Grounds, children can enjoy time with friends, get their hair braided, and dive into a jam-packed schedule of activities (yes, even water pistols are included!).

It’s a firm summer favourite and always oversubscribed – so don’t miss out. If it’s fun, Mrs T has it covered!

Holiday Club Booking – Terms & Conditions Bookings & Payment ● All bookings must be made in advance. ● Full payment is required to secure your child’s place. ● Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations & Refunds ● Cancellations made 10 working days before the start date will receive a full refund. ● Cancellations made after this time are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances. ● Refunds are not given for non-attendance, late arrival, or early collection. Illness & Absence ● Children who are unwell should not attend. ● Please follow our illness policy (e.g. 48-hour rule for sickness/diarrhoea). ● No refunds are given for sessions missed due to illness. Drop-Off & Collection ● Children must be dropped off and collected at the agreed times. ● Late collection may result in an additional charge. ● Only authorised adults may collect your child; ID may be requested. Safeguarding & Behaviour ● Our Holiday Club follows strict safeguarding and health & safety procedures. ● We expect children to behave respectfully towards others and staff. ● Persistent unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in exclusion, without refund. Activities & Risk ● Activities may take place indoors and outdoors, including woodland, river, and animal experiences. ● All activities are risk-assessed and supervised by qualified staff. ● By booking, parents/carers consent to their child taking part in planned activities. Clothing & Belongings ● Children should wear suitable clothing for outdoor play and messy activities. ● We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Medical & Care Information ● Parents/carers must provide accurate medical, allergy, and emergency contact information. ● Any medication must be clearly labelled and handed to staff with written instructions. Photography ● Photographs may be taken for learning records or promotional purposes, in line with parental consent preferences. Changes or Cancellations by Us ● We reserve the right to amend activities or cancel sessions if necessary (e.g. low numbers, weather, staff illness). ● In the unlikely event of cancellation by us, a full refund or credit will be offered.
