Our Tuesday Performance classes are the second class for the week. You cannot attend this class alone, you must attend the Thursday class to be eligible to attend the Tuesday Performance class. The Thursday class is open to everyone to attend.

Children who are not 5 years old before the 1st September should attend the preschoolers class.

Please note:

Term 1 and 4 are usually shorter terms and term 2 and 3 are longer as classes will run into the school holidays. Term fees remain the same each term regardless of term length.

Terms & Conditions for The Coastal Physical Culture Club

The Coastal Physical Culture Club is an incorporated not-for-profit club that sits under the BJP banner of Physical Culture. As an affiliated club we align ourselves with the BJP Physical Culture code of conduct but also have our own which we as teachers follow and we expect all members and guardians to do the same.

The Coastal Physical Culture Club Incorporated holds the right to refuse or de-register any members who are in breech of our code of conduct, in order to protect our club and the members within it.

Members and guardians are asked to act in accordance with the BJP code of conduct when at BJP events and competitions, these can be found at http://physicalculture.com.au/spectators-code-conduct/
Members and guardians are asked to behave respectfully within classes, towards teachers and towards other club members.
Grievances or conflicts should be addressed with the class teacher or head teacher of the club in a private forum outside of class times. Face to face discussions can be organised via email or over the phone. Contact details can be found on our website http://www.coastalphysie.com/contact/
Members under the age of 13 years who are at the clubs venues outside of their usual class times are asked to be supervised by a responsible adult. If the parent is unable to be present another adult needs to have been organised to be responsible for that child.
Members will keep their fees up to date and if there are financial difficulties will discuss them with the club as soon as possible. Please note that the clubs policy is that term fees are to be paid in full by week 5 unless the member is on a weekly payment plan. Classes cannot be attended after week 5 of term if term fees have not been paid.
Due to privacy we ask that any photographs taken that include other members require appropriate permission before they are posted in a public forum such as social media accounts.
It is the responsibility of the guardian or (adult) member to stay up to date with information provided by the club.
The Coastal Physical Culture Club is a child safe organisation and uphold child safe policies and practices to ensure the safety of our members. These documents will be advertised on our private members page files.
From 2026 onwards all class demonstrator and helper roles will be upon application by the student. Interested students are encouraged to contact members of the teaching team in person to discuss and express their interest. If roles are available students will be allocated according to suitability at the discretion of the teaching team.
