TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Fees are based on invoice value for each term. Fees for each term will be payable in instalments as per your instalment plan and to be paid in full before the end of each term. 2. Children must be collected no later than 6pm. A charge will be made for late collection at the rate of £12.00 per 15 minutes or part of. If you have booked your child in for the part session, late pick up will result in the full session rate being charged. This is to cover staffing, administration and other operational costs. 3. Parents/guardians must identify themselves to the Club Vale Supervisor on the first day of attendance. Should arrangements be made for any other adult to collect a child Club Vale must be informed and where possible, be introduced to the nominated adult, or use the PIN code assigned to you on completion of your Safety Form. 4. Adults collecting children must present themselves to a member of staff and enter PIN code before escorting children from the site. 5. Unless it is requested or is an agreed optional activity, children should not bring toys, games or valuable items or money to Club Vale. 6. Should a child be unable to attend a pre-booked session, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to inform the club manager before 7.30am for the breakfast club and before 3pm for the after school club. Fees will still be charged at the standard rate. Bookings/sessions are NOT transferable. If your child attends a school-led after school activity and you would like Club Vale to collect, please notify us via email or speak to the Supervisor at Club Vale. 7. Behaviour by any person on site considered by staff to be unacceptable or inappropriate will not be tolerated. A discussion with the person concerned and/or parents/guardians, if appropriate will take place. Should this behaviour continue the club manager will have the right to exclude that person from Club Vale, following our behaviour policy and procedures. 8. Equal opportunities and the mutual respect of all persons involved in the club are essential at all times. 9. Respect for and proper use of property, equipment and premises is essential and must be maintained at all times. Normal boundaries of confidentiality will be maintained at all times with respect to any information exchanged between persons involved in Club Vale. 11. If you need to change the days (subject to availability), add sessions on a regular basis or reduce your booked days, we require written notice on or before the 20th of the month and we will adjust your monthly payment on the following month. 12. Places will be available on a first come first served basis, subject to a completed Safety form and fees paid within time limit (see T&C No.1) Club Vale will not accept a booking form or adhoc bookings for a child if payment is in arrears. Subject to demand a waiting list will be made and we will follow our admission policy. 13. The success of Club Vale depends on the co-operation and sharing between all those involved. Parents/guardians should address any comments they wish to make to the manager of Club Vale.
