Bizzy Bodz has been providing high-quality, fun, and safe Out of School Care since 2005 for children aged 5 to 13. Our programmes are designed to support families by offering engaging care before school, after school, and during school holidays.
Each programme reflects our commitment to creating a positive, inclusive environment where children can thrive.
Before School Care

- Casual bookings must be made by 2:00pm on the day. For last-minute bookings after this time, please contact your programme directly before the school bell rings.
- Invoices are issued on Mondays, a week in advance, and due by Friday of the same week.
- Parents must sign children in and out using the programme tablet.
- Absences without notice will still be charged. However, if you give at least 5 business days' written notice, you’ll receive a 50% credit for the missed session.
- Need to swap a session? No problem! You can move your booking to another day within the same calendar week—just contact Head Office.
- If your child is away on the day of their booking, please text or leave a voicemail with your programme directly. Messages are checked at 2:00pm daily.
- Bizzy Bodz offers a drop off/pick up service for children attending Takanini School.
- When making your booking please ensure you select 'Takanini Pick Up' or 'Takanini Drop Off' sessions.
- Before School - children need to be dropped off at Papakura Normal School and will be transported to Takanini School for a 8.30am drop off.
- After School - children are to meet outside the school hall, before being transported to Papakura Normal School, where parents can collect them.
- Children in Years 0 - 2, will be collected directly from their classrooms by staff.
- A van permission form must be completed for each child using the service, this can be emailed to you or filled out at the programme.
