Danzworx Dance School has been part of the Upper Hutt community for 30 years, under the direction of the wonderful Katrina Robinson-Reidy. In 2025, Danzworx became part of Arts a Go Go, still under the creative leadership of Katrina.

 

From Broadway to music videos, Jazz dance has long reflected the energy and vitality of the music it is matched to, and is a fundamental skill for performance technique. A unique blend of the foundation of ballet strengthening and technique to the flair of assorted modern music. Students also prepare a dance for the Danzworx stage show later in the year. Open jazz is for experienced or returning dancers with confident dance skills.

Parents and caregivers may observe the Danzworx classes. If staying, we do ask that parents and siblings do not affect the concentration and creativity of the children as they build confidence in the performing arts.

 

Your child is welcome to try the first class of term before committing for the term. Please still enrol so that a space is held and proceed to "checkout" to enter details. (Immediate payment is not required and an invoice with the due date and bank account is automatically emailed.)

 

Term fees are due by the third week of term. An invoice is automatically generated and emailed to you on enrolment. We do not currently accept credit card payments through Enrolmy. On the invoice is the bank account number for internet banking. Please reference with your child's name and the term you are paying for. Please note, the total displayed includes GST.
