As standard at our holiday clubs, we also have sports equipment such as, Netballs, Footballs, Badminton sets, Tennis sets, Golf sets and other Sports related resources. In addition to these resources, we have traditional playground games available and access to crafts of all kinds. We also have many toys for children to engage with as they choose. Please note, children will not be forced to take part in any planned activity and they can choose to do something else on offer instead.

I understand that invoices are due in advance of each half term or school holiday, and no later than the day childcare is due to take place. If the balance is not paid in full then further sessions will not be available to book until the balance is cleared (unless previously agreed with a Director or the Finance Manager). For longer half terms the option to split payments will be made available.

I will cancel any sessions at least 7 days in advance if my child will not be attending a booked session to avoid any charges and understand that I am expected to pay the amount if I do not do this. If payment has already been made then the credit will be applied to my account and must be used in the same academic year. Sessions cannot be swapped if the cancellation is not within the 7 day period, however additional bookings can be made.

I understand that aggressive and abusive behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated.

I understand that if I have a concern with another child in the club, I am not to approach them directly, if I do, I will be asked not to return to the setting and understand we may inform the authorities.

I agree that I will not access the internet on a mobile device or a camera on any mobile device on club premises.

Whilst Active Bodies tries to ensure the safety and security of items, I understand that it cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to my child’s property whilst at the Club.

I accept that my child may take part in messy activities while at Active Bodies. I understand that I can provide my child with appropriate clothing to accommodate this if I wish.

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, I am going to be late, I will contact Active Bodies as soon as possible.

I understand that if I am late, and this takes me into the next collection time, that the difference between the 2 sessions will be invoiced and is due upon receipt.

If I do not collect my child by closing I will pay a charge of £10 per 10 minutes to cover the costs of the staff, who are legally required to supervise my child, and, additional rent incurred from the school.

If I do not collect my child with 15mins of closing, and the club has been unable to reach me or any of my emergency contacts, I understand that Active Bodies will follow its Uncollected Children Policy and contact Social Care.
